    I can't get over how great this apartment is...I looked around at 6 other properties and nothing compared to this place, it offers so much at a awesome price. The staff was friendly and helpful with my move to the Davenport area which made the move pretty smooth. The apartment is furnished and cable and Internet are included the room was clean and the building is well kept. The commute to work is a breeze, the i74 bridge is just a couple of blocks away. I'd recommend living here to anyone.

    This place is great!!  All the staff is really great and helpful. They plan at least one or two activities during the week for the residents and all the time think about them (I know because I always heard them planning the activity for the next week). The rooms are really well-taken care and each unit has its own washer and drier machines! This was a big plus. I only wanted to let you know how great this place is because I really enjoy living here for a year. I miss all their staff.
